2014 – 2015 College Football Calendar

And we’re off! We’ve got just about half of this season’s games updated and in the database and should be done importing and formatting every one in just a few days.

To subscribe to your favorite team’s calendar in Outlook or iCal, on your Android phone or iOS device, just visit your team’s page and click the link.

You can also subscribe to all games for every team in your favorite conference by visiting that conference’s page.

2013 – 2014 College Bowl Schedule for iCal / Outlook

iCalBetween December 17th, 2013 and January 7th, 2014 there are 35 bowl games. That’s way too many to try to manage in your day planner on your own.

You want to have all those games in your personal calendar, don’t you? That way you can easily find them on your iPhone or Android phone or whatever PDA you’re using (or your laptop).

It looks like we jumped the gun when we called Week 7 “Upset Saturday”! There were eighteight! — upsets in the AP Top 25 in Week 8:

It happens at least once every season. There were a shocking five major upsets in Week 7:

Tigers, Bulldogs, and Wildcats!

Right now there are 361 college football teams in the system and we add a few new ones every week. The most common mascot name is Tigers, followed closely by Bulldogs and Wildcats.

The top twelve college mascots are:

  • Tigers – 19 teams
  • Bulldogs – 16 teams
  • Wildcats – 11 teams
  • (tie) Panthers, Bears – 10 teams
  • Lions – 8 teams
  • Eagles – 7 teams
  • Aggies – 6 teams
  • (tie) Huskies, Hornets, Rams, Cardinals – 5 teams
